Delivery, returns, privacy and terms

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch stocked items within three working days. Delivery usually takes a further two to four working days. Any delivery charge and the estimated delivery window will be shown before payment. Unless we agree otherwise, orders will be delivered within 30 days.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel an online order from the time it is placed until 14 days after the goods are delivered, without giving a reason. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, then return the goods within 14 days. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it.

Returned products should be handled only as much as reasonably necessary to inspect them and should include their original components and packaging where possible. We may reduce a refund if unnecessary handling has reduced the value of the goods. Refunds, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back.

Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.

Privacy

HAVEAPLANB LTD is responsible for the personal information used to fulfil Plan B orders. We collect information you provide when ordering or contacting us, including your name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order information and payment confirmation. Stripe processes card information; Plan B does not receive or store your full card number.

We use this information to fulfil our contract with you, meet legal and accounting obligations, prevent fraud and operate customer support. Information may be shared with payment, hosting and delivery providers only where needed to supply the service. Transaction records are normally kept for up to six years for legal and accounting purposes. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information where the law allows.

Terms of sale

Plan B is a trading name of HAVEAPLANB LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17449243. Product descriptions and prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are displayed before payment. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item.

Exact brands or models within the Core Ready Bag may vary only where the product page clearly allows an equivalent substitution. Any substitute will have a comparable purpose and specification. Nothing sold by Plan B replaces official emergency advice, professional medical care or the need to follow product instructions.

Contact and cancellation form

To contact us about an order or exercise your cancellation rights, email nathan@supersurveys.co.uk with your name, order number, the goods concerned and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will provide the return address and instructions.
